DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do?
• The Manager, LATAM Regional Marketing, is responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of integrated marketing plans to drive profitable revenue and market share growth of Sensormatic Solutions in South America. This manager would act as strategic partner to general management and sales leadership in LATAM to deliver lead generation programs (such as webinars, trade shows), produce compelling sales enablement materials, disseminate them effectively and employ state-of-the art mediums such as video and digital to showcase strategic and solution benefits.
How you will do it?
The main functions of the position will be to:
• Expand global strategic messages and programs in the region.
• Lead regional public relations programs with agencies.
• Identify and execute innovative leadership efforts, including contact with influencers and analysts.
• Identify and execute activities that drive Sensormatic's strategic message to retail decision makers.
• Drive the growth of loss prevention in the retail portfolio, traffic and inventory.
• Carry out exclusive programs for the LATAM region in support of new products.
• Promote lead generation with webinars and other campaigns that directly target retail decision makers and provide leads to Pardot / Salesforce.
• Collaborate with JCI LATAM marketing in joint programs to generate leads and awareness.
• Partner with LATAM's sales teams to develop marketing materials to support specific account plans segmented to the region.
• Promote ROI analysis for marketing programs to attract and retain customers.
• Coordinate with local and global marketing teams in the translation and delivery of marketing material; Ensure proper dissemination and use of critical content.
• Execute a coordinated and coherent market awareness program
• Ensure the understanding and consistency of global go-to-market messages and execute them for direct and indirect channels.
• Lead customer engagement in LATAM through industry events and hosted customer activities, defining event strategy, program selection, demo selection, and content.
• Collaborate and effectively support event planners.
• Support the channel's sales development strategies.
• Undertake channel marketing programs for business partners and distributors, including onboarding, sales enablement, demand creation, advertising and promotion, customer-facing events, and market research.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and retention initiatives by teaming with channel sales teams to create scalable channel account successes.
• Develop cross-sell and top-sell marketing strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
What we look for
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration or similar.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in a corporate setting, preferably with $1B or larger public company.
• Experience in marketing to LATAM for B2B, preferably experience with large economies such as Brazil, Mexico and Colombia.
• Ability to write and speak fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Digital marketing skill sets, such as ability to provide input on and analysis of pay-per-click campaigns in multiple languages.
• Experience with trade shows.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
