Work Better Now virtual assistants (VAs) work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday during US business hours.
As a WBN QuickBooks VA, you will help your client’s business run smoothly by performing the basic bookkeeping tasks needed to keep QuickBooks organized. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they may include:
Data entry
Maintaining invoices, receipts, and other sales records
Reconciling weekly, monthly, and yearly bank and credit card transactions
Preparing preliminary financial statements
Sending invoices
Following up on outstanding receivables
Paying bills
Updating financial spreadsheets
Qualifications
As an added ongoing benefit, we (WBN) ensure that our VAs are matched up with clients based on the VA’s skills and the clients’ needs. In doing so, here are the qualifications of those we consider to be “ideal candidates”.
At least 2 years of experience working with QuickBooks, bookkeeping experience is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English (advanced or proficient)
Proficient writing in English (including top grammar skills)
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
Appropriate work-from-home environment
USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
FT availability (40 hours a week)
Excellent relationship skills
