About the Role:
We are looking for a Website Team Manager to innovate and develop the complete website for the company. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure that the website works correctly and accurately and is up to date.
- Ensure that the website conveys the right image to the organization's customers and that the site is easy to find through search engines.
- Build a roadmap, define OKRs, and measure execution.
- Select the hardware and software that allows the company to conduct business through the internet, electronic commerce, etc.
- Communicate progress and coordinate with senior management and other teams.
- Optimize and improve methodologies and workflows.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Team Manager.
- 3+ years of experience in Team design and hiring.
- Extensive product design experience and Content strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO and writing for the web.
- UX/UI and Performance marketing experience.
- Advanced English level.
