Position at a Glance

This position is within the existing Customer Insights & Data Analytics team at Evalueserve Chile, which supports a leading U.S. retail bank. We are looking for a skilled professional to measure the effectiveness of diverse marketing efforts such as direct marketing campaigns, events, content, and digital marketing. The role will support the client’s Enterprise Marketing Measurement team and could be responsible for:

• Designing and executing campaign measurement plans according to the performance and learning objectives of each campaign

• Defining appropriate key performance indicators and measurement approaches per campaign type

• Measuring campaign performance and results using a range of analytical and statistical methods, generating relevant insights for the business

• Working with finance and other business partners to forecast and estimate the profitability of marketing campaigns

• Performing deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers or insights for campaign optimization

• Ensuring integrity of analyses through rigorous attention to detail and validation of data, including adherence to all regulatory, privacy, compliance, and security procedures

• Understanding the specific and tangible benefits on how the analytic efforts support the business line and fully understanding business objectives and underlying drivers

• Meeting and maintaining close communication with business partners and stakeholders to understand their requests and translate them into requirements, provide updates on projects, and answer questions

• Preparing and delivering findings to diverse stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and an advanced level of English

• Degree (preferably in statistics, economics, math, or a quant field) / B. Tech. / B. E. from a reputable institute, with 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement including power analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and regression analysis

• Advanced knowledge in SQL and SAS, R, or Python

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency to meet timelines

• Experience synthesizing analysis results and creating actionable strategies and recommendations to a senior audience

• Ability to communicate complex analytic results clearly and concisely

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial and credit domains

• Teradata experience

• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
