About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Training Manager to join our HR team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and supervise the technical training of candidates selected for further development and testing.
- Supervision of the team of interviewers (+20 people).
- Definition of the technical interview process for each role of the company.
- Creation of material for exams and automation of the correction process.
- Development of metrics and KPIs.
- Standardization of processes in the area and continuous improvement thereof.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years working in the IT industry.
- Background in development.
- Advanced English level.
