About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Hiring Manager to join our HR team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. What You’ll Do:
- Definition of the technical interview process for each role of the company.
- Supervision of the team of interviewers (+20 people).
- Creation of material for exams and automation of the correction process.
- Development of metrics and KPIs.
- Standardization of processes in the area and continuous improvement thereof.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years working in the IT industry.
- Background in development.
- Advanced English level.
