DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for all hiring in the Suscriber business unit in your country in charge, in all business and staff areas, and at all levels. The team works as consultants on the labor markets of internal and external talent to the business and HR teams. We are a forward-thinking team, supported by relationships and powered by data. We are positioned to have a dramatic impact on the Johnson Controls culture by influencing hiring with quality, diversity, speed and cost.
As a TA Specialist for our team CoE Latam, you report to ADT Latam Manager and are responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle. To meet this goal, you prioritize the urgency and importance of your application load and build channels of qualified candidates for critical roles. You also work closely with your manager, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating a flow of candidates that meet diversity and overall hiring goals. Additionally, you support our talent attraction programs by taking responsibility for recruiting on a specific college campus and supporting military and diversity recruiting events as needed.

You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences. You believe the best work is done in teams, and you seek to collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals. You hold peers accountable for commitments, but demonstrate loyalty to the team through competent delivery and approachability. You’re analytical, considering data from multiple sources & relationships, can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions & assumptions that will best benefit the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
What we look for
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field
• 2+ years of progressive experience in consultants or temporary personnel agencies, retail companies, call centers, or with high volumes of operational recruitment, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• Experience in stakeholder management in a multicultural environment
• Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
• Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
• Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
