DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do?
Responsible for participating in the sales process and making sales, through visits to clients, presentation of current products and new launches. You must carry out business, with the intention of reaching and / or exceeding the sales objectives of the area.
How you will do it?
• Establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts / installation projects by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings
• Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan
• Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates
• Maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities
• Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Johnson Controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer loyalty
REQUIRED SKILLS:
What we look for? Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronica Engineering.
• Medium, conversational and technical English
• Experience in commercial strategies and contacts with clients (5 years)
• Experience handling Fire Detection or Fire Suppresion Systems; or CCTV / Accesss Control Systems or Building Automation Systems, or HVAC or Refrigerant systems.
• Availability to travel
• Consultative sales experience
• Experience in defining business development strategies for key accounts
Preferred
• Good level of Excel and / or CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Technical knowledge of JCI solutions
• Professional approach to internal / external customers at all levels
Educación mínima: Universitaria / I.P. / C.F.T.
