The People Operations team is responsible for the experience through the entire employee lifecycle. Starting with talent acquisition and the candidate experience, Human Resources who oversees benefits, compliance, policies, company socials and is a resource for all HR matters, and moving through to Business Partners who work closely with employees and managers to partner on org strategy, talent development and is the liaison between employees and People Operations. Our mission is to build a team and culture that is capable of achieving Peek’s mission, and we will do this by growing and fostering a highly engaged and impactful team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team! As a Recruiting Coordinator at Peek, you will primarily focus on the day-to-day support of candidates and new hire requests in our expanding team. This includes arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, all while enhancing the candidate experience. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate growth in our company. This role will report to the Director of People Operations and work closely with the entire People Ops and Recruiting team, along with Hiring Managers and Executives in the Tech Org.
Our team is 100% remote, however, we prefer candidates in the same time zones as the greater United States (UTC-10 to UTC-4). English is our business language, and fluency is required.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting recruiters in building and maintaining strong pipelines for various roles across the organization
-Collaborating on creating job descriptions and hiring plans
-Posting Job Descriptions on Job Boards
-Scheduling interviews
-Owning candidate experience and ensuring our brand is positively represented throughout the entire interview process
-Ensuring communication with candidates is timely and acceptable by working closely with interviewers, hiring managers, and continually reviewing/creating communication templates that match our culture
-Mastering our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products including Lever, Slack, and Google Suite for candidate scheduling, new requisition request, and maintaining data integrity
-Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
-Building collaborative, productive relationships with hiring managers and leadership
Requirements:
-1- 2 years of experience working in HR in support or administrative roles
-Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
-Versatile – able to understand requirements for a wide variety of roles, and to interact positively with all types of candidates.
-Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
-Global mindset, understand time zones, cultural nuance, and different working practices
-Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
