About the Role:
We are looking for a Process and Quality Improvement Analyst to support oversight of the policies and development processes used in all teams. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering0 team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements.
- Coordinate with Experts to develop process improvement reports, and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
- Inform respective teams on process improvement and reengineering strategies.
- Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Understanding of QA process for software development, debugging, and release.
- Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data.
- Proven experience in improving processes and Project Auditing.
- Experience with CMM, CMMI, PMO, or SEPG, or other quality assurance frameworks.
- Advanced English level.
