Location: Remote - Latin American Candidates Overview of the Role: We are looking for a growth-minded Performance Marketing Manager with experience driving top-of-funnel (TOF) results to join our Marketing team. You will play a critical role in the growth of Workling, owning our supply generation strategy to attract and acquire talent to the Workling marketplace. This is a high-impact role
e with a focus on talent growth via performance marketing campaigns, channel optimization and funnel design and experimentation. This role reports to the Head of Growth and is a great opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their marketing career at a fast-growing marketplace startup.
As part of the team, you will:- Develop and iterate on long-term supply generation strategy and launch campaigns that drive Workling toward talent growth targets- Analyze Workling’s Marketing and Recruiting data to understand key levers of supply generation and to identify growth opportunities- Own Workling’s third-party marketplace (TPM) channel efforts, working closely with Recruiting, Operations, and Marketing to maximize yield of applicants attracted to Workling positions- Collaborate with Design and rest of Marketing team to ideate and launch experiments to optimize job postings and sponsored Job Board listings, to maximize yield and conversion rates- Partner with Recruiting to define talent lifecycle KPIs, follow-up SLAs, and ensure proper visibility into talent pipelines via reporting/dashboards- Develop supply generation economics to understand cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI) to maximize yield from Job Boards and other channels- Monitor supply generation trends (prospects, applicants, candidates, hired) and report to leadership and GTM teams on findings as well as recommended actions- Identify additional opportunities to grow contact list and define and execute on a nurture strategy to build relationships with prospects via content and community- Partner with Product, Marketing and Content to ensure alignment between supply generation and broader team efforts/goals
Key qualifications and Skills to succeed in this role: - Intermediate to Advanced English, Native Spanish- 5+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing Manager role or similar- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing or related field - Experience working in a high growth startup, preferably SaaS- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B experimentation- Analytical growth mindset with good problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication- Good organizational skills- Ability to work as part of a team and independently- Attention to detail
