Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business strategy with employees and management in designated business units, building valuable and lasting relationship with internal clients. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP holds accountability and maintains an

effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, competition, culture plans, performance management, talent development strategy, and engagement.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Partnership with respective leadership to ensure strategy alignment.
• Partners up with the business and another HR subfunctions regards, planning, attracting, developing, and retain strategies, supporting organizational transitions.
• Brings innovation when approaching new challenges within in the company, promoting effectiveness, enhancing performance and strengthening employee brand.
• Acts as sounding board for internal clients, in order to further develop their skills, and personal leadership, supporting the company’s strategy.
• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance on: TA, Engagement, Talent Development and Performance Management among others
• Understand business goals and assess new approaches, policies and procedures to add value to business objectives, productivity and people development within the company.
• Analyzes trends and metrics and partnering up with HR group specialists to develop TaylorMade and on time solutions, programs and policies regarding Recruitment, Talent, Engagement, Performance and Training, in the respective Business Unit.
• Partners up with HR Compliance to resolve daily and/or complex employee relations matters, contributing with their business acumen and relevant context information.
• Leads and/or collaborates in initiatives that build trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity.
• Sharing insights and trends from the business with other HR Functions to provide high levels of service delivery.
• Lead internal movements and inter-entity transfers, partnering with all stakeholders in Chile and across centers.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, psychology, or similar
• Max 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role as HRBP, HR Consultant or Generalist.
• Experience in building processes and policies
• Proficient in utilization of HRIS systems and data to drive decision making
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strategic view.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and complex situations, being able to address a variety of elements.
• Able to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Able to operate with autonomy and strong work ethics
• Ability to make your point across, result-driven and desire to achieve excellence
• Problem solving orientated with logical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous exposure to multicultural environment
• Preferred experience working with ERP systems
