Paid Media Specialist

Overview of the Role: We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about learning digital marketing to join our paid media team. Our Paid Media Specialists are fully hands-on with our client Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, AdRoll, and social media advertising accounts. The position will be responsible from account build out to ongoing account management and weekly optimizations.

The Paid Media Specialist plays a critical role in driving positive digital marketing ROI for our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) clients. Digital marketing success requires an appreciation for data and strong problem-solving skills. Though previous PPC experience is not required for consideration, it is important to have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing. We also suggest looking into getting Google Ads certified, as well as Google Analytics, or Microsoft Advertising.
Location: Remote - Latin American Candidates
 
 As part of the team you will:
-Manage a growing number of client accounts that operate in diverse markets by completing builds, optimizations, change requests, and properly notate information for reference
-Use knowledge in digital marketing to identify and report on key performance indicators and produce successful campaigns
-Provide analysis of existing PPC campaign performance and devise actionable insight for improvement to optimize account performance
-Use our best practices in digital marketing to develop strategies to achieve client goals in designing, developing and managing PPC campaigns
-Remain current with industry trends and best practices that may be incorporated to optimize accounts
-Exercise discretion and independent judgement when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure ad campaigns positively impact the client's goals such as ROI, brand exposure or awareness
Key qualifications and Skills to succeed in this role: 
-2 - 3 years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field OR PPC experience preferred
-Google Ads Certified
-Advanced Excel skills
-Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable working independently and also works well on a team
-Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Experience with any of the following:
-Digital marketing (e-commerce, Microsoft Advertising, AdRoll, PPC, CMS, etc.)
-Ad creative (imagery, ad copy)
-Client or account management
-Content Management System (CMS) software or Analytics software
