About the Role:
We are looking for a HR-ADM Payroll Lead with advanced English to join our Human Resources team to coordinate and manage the monthly Payroll activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Collect and validate the news of the month (licenses, vacations, increases, etc).
- Prepare the salary pre-settlement and review the impact on earnings.
- Carry out employees registration and termination.
- Document the processes in the area and analyze improvements in them.
- Interact with the HR-ADM area and external entities / suppliers.
- Prepare reports required by management or other control areas.
- Participate in the improvement of the area and cross-area processes.
- Assist different audiences in labor matters.
- Attend the administration area.
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced student or graduate of careers related to the search.
- Knowledge of Argentinian Law 20,744 and its application.
- Knowledge about the 4th earnings category.
- Knowledge in the Argentnian AFIP platform.
- Experience in service companies.
- Advanced English level.
