About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Interviews Analyst to define, maintain and improve processes of evaluation of candidates and their quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Define technical Interviews and supervise the team of interviewers.
- Prepare examinations and automation of correction processes.
- Maintain exams and improvements.
- Manage Coding Challenges process
- Train Candidates to present to certain clients.
- Audit, control, and elaborate metrics and reports of the area.
You Must Have:
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps and Python.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in management or consulting companies. (Desirable)
- Advanced English level.
