We are looking for an organized and self-driven recruitment manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role as we continue to expand.
What you'll be doing
-Developing and building new, long-term client relationships
-Communicating with hiring managers
-Learning about internal and external position requirements in order to assist with writing effective and concise job descriptions
-Posting available job openings
-Reviewing incoming applicants, evaluating if they meet position requirements
-Preparing interview questions and conducting interviews (phone, Zoom)
-Developing recruitment goals, objectives, and overall strategy (internal and external)
-Building international talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates (LATAM-based)
-Identifying key recruiting KPIs to report on, preparing and delivering said reports
-Designing an employer branding strategy and carrying out its implementation
-Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
What we need you to have:
-Superb verbal and written communication skills: You should be comfortable communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment
-Performance Delivery: Do what you say you will when you say you will do it. And do it well. Be a creative problem solver.
-Quick learner: We are a small and scrappy start-up that is growing fast, which means we all have multiple roles and often need to learn new skills on the fly. You are excited by challenges and love learning and contributing to new things.
-Experience: Whether in a growing SAAS startup, in the staffing industry, and/or recruiting for LATAM-based roles

-Experience recruiting for internationally-focused companies
-Advanced-level Spanish language skills
