About the Role:
We are looking for a Controlling Training Analyst to Implement continuous improvement processes: review of sales processes, commercial training and communication of improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Commercial Training.
- Identify development gaps and implement strategies to close execution gaps.
- Lead Role-play sessions with Commercial Members.
- Audit of calls and general Reps compliance.
- Interact with the Sales Reps to ensure correct execution of the Sales processes.
You Must Have:
- +3 years of experience in Training capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to didactic and Ease of teaching.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial mindset.
- Advanced English level.
