We are looking for Executive Recruiters to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!
What You’ll Do:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentation to internal clients, and closing of candidates.
- Act as a reference towards the internal client and candidates during the process.
- Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Great self-management capacity.
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting (desirable).
- Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
