- Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Accurately disputing, providing guidance or updating consumers´ information through system applications.
- Assisting consumers in an efficient and timely manner, treating consumers´ information with professionalism, ensuring its security and privacy.
- Complying with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws and regulatory policies.
- Maintaining a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
What your background looks like
Desirable two years of work experience.
- Good ability to enter data accurately into a database system and keep on line contact with consumers.
- Good problem solving and customer service skills.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong English skills, both speaking and writing
