Technical Lead Sitecore

Overview of the Role: A Technical Lead-Sitecore is considered a senior contributor for complex modules of work by bringing deepcore technology expertise and relevant business subject matter expertise to the table-You will be providing leadership to the team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture. You will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating

with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project. 
 
As part of the team, you will:
-Be focusing on Sitecore, Microsoft Technologies and will work in tandem with Architects/Delivery Manager and customer technical managers to execute projects as per the requirements.
-Participate in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification.
-Drive technical design and implementation and provide technical expertise to the project team and some coding.
-Ensure design/architecture meets internal/client recommended standards
-Perform regular code/design reviews
-Provide technical leadership to the team
-Be responsible for designing, building and delivering innovative solutions with a focus on advanced technical strategies, business process design and technical architecture.
-Define and implement solutions fast, efficiently and cost effectively.
-Be responsible for Architecting Solutions, Providing Technical Coverage to the project.
Key qualifications and Skills to succeed in this role: 
-6 + yrs of experience in ASP .NET, C#
-Advanced English
-Minimum 3 years experience on Sitecore (At least 2 year in leading the team ) Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end Sitecore implementation/projects.
-SQL Server 2000 and/or 2005 /2008
-Development experience on maintenance projects
-Exposure to XML, JavaScript, Web Services, Windows Services, Ajax, Remoting, Stored Procedures and Triggers is a must
-Experience in WCF, WPF, Linq, Silver light, Webparts, Strong experience .Net Architecture.
-Experience and knowledge of Relational Databases
-Hands-on experience of any of the Microsoft platform unit testing tools, code analyzer tools
-Hands-on experience on any of the continuous integration tools (Microsoft platforms)
-Knowledge of Google analytics, Omniture, Eloqua would be an added advantage.
-Broad understanding of digital solutions/verticals would be an added advantage.
-Must have creativity and innovation and the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns. It is also important for a Tech Lead to understand how the disciplines work together to provide a complete solution for our clients.
