About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Developer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements with a primary focus on Salesforce system integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, define business requirements, and perform business analysis to streamline existing processes, support deployment, configure and test systems to ensure successful implementation of stakeholder business requirements.
- Conduct analyses of business workflows and IT related processes.
- Determine logic for integration of multiple systems and provide post-deployment support.
- Manage AppExchange installation and deployment. Monitor integration of all systems in relation to Salesforce.
- Evaluate and manage new projects. Enhance current or develop new functionalities.
You Must Have:
- At least 5+ years of direct experience working with Salesforce administration and Business Systems Analyst.
- 2-5+ years of experience with Flow configuration.
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Previous experience with Lightning pages, Sales cloud and Service cloud.
- Experience with QA and developing complex test scripts.
- Experience with Reports and Dashboard configuration.
