Position at a Glance

This position forms part of Evalueserve Chile’s Corporate and Professional Services (CaPS) division and is within a multicultural team of analysts that provides direct business research support to clients of different industries, mainly in the Americas and Europe, and end-to-end research solutions

The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Running data collection through secondary research (databases and web searches) or primary research (cold calls, surveys, and expert interviews) to gather information and derive insights related with markets, companies, and industries using relevant and qualified sources

• Evaluating data quality/accuracy and developing deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources

• Analyzing and preparing presentations from research data using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Profiling companies and industries across a large variety of geographies and sectors

• Actively participating in and contributing to team discussions on project-specific areas

• Developing expertise in an industry (to be determined based on the candidate’s educational and professional background, as well as interest areas)

Qualifications and Requirements

Undergraduate degree (see below for details) and the following skills:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English

• Fluency in a second language is a plus ( Portuguese, French, or Spanish)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset

• Strong attention to detail

• “Can do” attitude and ability to take initiative

• Prior experience in primary research or phone interviews is a plus

Required Educational or Professional Qualifications for Industry Alignment

Candidates should identify with one of the below:

• Healthcare: A relevant degree OR relevant experience in pharmacy, medicine, pharmaceuticals, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, healthcare, or insurance

• Native Language: German OR Portuguese (Brazilian) AND an undergraduate degree in business administration, commercial engineering, or equivalent degree

• Consumer: Undergraduate degree in commercial engineering, business administration, or a relevant degree OR relevant experience in marketing, sales, retail, or food/beverage

• Technology/Media/Telecom/Digital: Undergraduate degree in commercial engineering, business administration, or a relevant degree OR relevant experience in computer science, telecom, or digital

• Industrial Goods: Undergraduate degree in commercial engineering, business administration, or a relevant degree OR relevant experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, energy, or utilities
