Cloud Engineering Associate Consultant - Ingles Avanzado

Position at a Glance This role will be within a Data Solutions team and have a focus on Cloud engineering solution design and execution. The team specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust data engineering solutions by leveraging state-of-the-art technology available in the most prominent Cloud native solution providers, including Azure, GCP, and AWS. The selected candidate will

lead data engineering teams to coordinate and execute different projects.
Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
• Data/Application Architecture: Leveraging cloud and hybrid environments to design solutions that best
fit the client’s needs
• Data Engineering: Using Cloud services and tools to ingest, egress, and transform data from multiple
sources
• Data Models: Building conceptual and logical data models for stakeholders
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams in multidisciplinary projects
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the integrity of data through rigorous attention to detail and validation,
including adherence to all regulatory, privacy compliance, and security procedures
• Risk Identification: Recognizing potential issues and risk during project implementation and
suggesting realistic mitigation strategies
• Document and Knowledge Management: Creating documentation for processes, code, and
document knowledge to share within team
Qualifications and Requirements
A professional degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
but not mandatory, with proven experience in the following areas:
• 8+ years of experience working in Cloud computing, including hands-on experience with any major
cloud solution (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Experience with data migration to Cloud native and BigData environments
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, Cloud architecture, building data pipelines, and
orchestration
• Optimal understanding of MPP architectures and database optimization
• Experience in batch processing/real time implementation
• Functional knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Strong understanding of CI/CD implementations on the Cloud
• Ability to implement solutions using open-source tool kits such as GitHub
• Experience with major Cloud coding languages, such as Python, PySpark, Shell, and/or PowerShell
